Scott W. Konopka is a shareholder with Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose, and an experienced trial attorney who practices in the areas of Complex Commercial and Business Litigation with an emphasis on fraud and insurance disputes, securities and brokers’ litigation, real estate and construction litigation, as well as trust and estate disputes. Scott is a Martindale Hubble AV-rated attorney, and recognized as a Rising Star in the field of Business Litigation by Florida SuperLawyers® magazine in 2009. In addition to his local practice, Scott frequently travels throughout the state of Florida representing the Firm’s clients, including nationally known pharmaceutical companies, athletic corporations, local businesses and entrepreneurs, and county governments. Working alongside the firm’s founding members Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose, Scott started his legal career at Gunster Yoakley & Stewart before leaving to found Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose’s Stuart office in 2000. In 2002, Scott became a shareholder with the Firm. His passion for the court room is rooted in his love of competition and problem solving. Whether he is working as a trial lawyer for a Fortune 500 company, or negotiating a dispute for local business owners, Scott and the Firm’s other attorneys are focused on the end result, using timely, creative and workable legal strategies and solutions for the benefit of the Firm’s clients.
