Alan B. Rose is one of the founding shareholders of the Firm.  Practicing primarily of out of the Firm’s West Palm Beach office, Alan focuses his practice in the areas of Complex Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Appeals, including Corporate and Shareholder Disputes, Bankruptcy, Creditor’s Rights, Class Actions and Securities Litigation. For seven years Alan practiced with Gunster, Yoakley, P.A. before leaving to found Page Mrachek in February 2000. A life long resident of Florida, Alan and his wife live in Boca Raton with their two children.
