Stefanie R. Shelley is an associate with the Firm, focusing her practice in the areas of business, corporate and complex commercial litigation and civil appeals. Stefanie’s experience includes representation of clients in a variety of diverse industries including construction litigation, probate litigation, and corporate disputes.  Stefanie routinely represents the Firm’s clients before municipal, county, state and federal agencies, courts, and governing bodies.  She has also represented Firm clients in their bankruptcy proceedings affecting creditors’ rights. Formerly a law clerk for Judge Martha Warner of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, Stefanie joined Page Mrachek’s West Palm Beach office in 2006.
