Dawn M. Kelly is an associate with the Firm. A native of Queens, New York, Dawn obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Fordham University in 1991. From there she went on to graduate summa cum laude with her Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School in 2003. Dawn was admitted to the Connecticut and New York bars in 2003 and 2004 respectively. In 2007, Dawn earned her Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Long Island University. Dawn joined Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, LLP in Manhattan as a litigation associate. At Cahill, an AMLAW 100 firm, Dawn worked on a variety of civil litigation and arbitration matters, including insurance, reinsurance, securities and contracts cases. In 2005, she accepted a clerkship with the Honorable James M. Hopkins, United States Magistrate Judge, in the District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Dawn clerked for Judge Hopkins for three years before moving to Florida and joining Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose in 2008. Dawn concentrates her practice on complex commercial and civil litigation.
