There are only 371 attorneys who make this list nationwide, and just 23 in the state of Florida. "Bet the Company" is a phrase that is often used to describe this top tier of litigators.

Woodward and White's Best Lawyers in America has been published biennially since 1983. It is highly regarded as the preeminent referral guide to the United States legal profession. The list is compiled through detailed peer-review surveys.

July, 2006 - - Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose, P.A. is proud to announce that the 2006 issue of Law & Politics Magazine Florida Super Lawyers named three Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose, P.A. lawyers "Florida Super Lawyers."   Louis Mrachek, Roy Fitzgerald, and Alan Rose were all identified as Super Lawyers.

Law & Politics mailed approximately 44,000 ballots asking attorneys to nominate the "best lawyers they've personally observed in action." Each candidate is then researched, evaluating indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. From the pool of candidates, only 5% of Florida attorneys are selected as Florida Super Lawyers.
