Randy R. Dow is a Shareholder in the Firm.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability defense and the defense of wrongful death and personal injury actions.  A significant portion of his practice also is dedicated to litigation arising out of roadway construction, including liability defense and contract disputes.  His practice also encompasses cases in the area of general commercial litigation including contract disputes and the representation of creditors in bankruptcy court.

Through his work in liability defense and commercial litigation, Mr. Dow has represented national and international companies as well as local businesses and individual clients.  His practice includes state and federal court litigation as well as arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Mr. Dow has been with the Firm since its inception and was previously an associate at the West Palm Beach office of Gunster Yoakley.  He attended Boston College Law School, where he graduated with honors in 1997.
